Accessibility Statement
Effective date: June 11, 2026. Plavidian intends for its website and customer portal to be usable by customers, staff, and vendors, including users who rely on assistive technologies.
Accessibility goals
Plavidian works toward readable layouts, keyboard-accessible forms, descriptive link text, alt text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, clear headings, and accessible PDF/download workflows where practical.
Known limitations
Some customer-uploaded files, third-party PDFs, postal documents, scanned images, or vendor-generated reports may not be fully accessible. Plavidian will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate assistance for essential job information upon request.

Ongoing improvement
Plavidian may update templates, forms, labels, keyboard behavior, image descriptions, and PDF/document practices as the portal evolves.
