Job Accuracy & Track and Trace
The right list on the right job. Every piece accounted for.
Structured order intake, list-to-job controls, camera verification, and piece-level track and trace, so your mailing goes out complete and correct. Not just addressed, but verified.
Addressed is not the same as mailed
A job report that says pieces were addressed does not prove they were mailed. The difference is verification and recovery on every single piece.
Talk to us about accuracyWhy "addressed" can still mean "in the trash"
Many mailing operations address pieces in bulk with no way to verify each individual piece as it runs, and no ability to divert a bad piece off the line. When a piece is misfed, double-fed, jammed, skipped, or printed poorly, the failure goes undetected. The count shows the job was addressed, but a percentage of those pieces never make it into the mail stream. They end up in the trash.
The mail owner paid for the printing, the data, and often the postage, yet those recipients never hear from them, and no one knows it happened. Plavidian is built to close that gap: every piece is verified and reconciled before a job is released.
Order intake
Accuracy starts before anything prints
Every job is captured as a single structured record in Plavidian Connect: mail owner, permit, mail class, artwork, and the mailing list, all tied together. The list is matched to the job at intake and stays bound to it through production, so the right data always runs with the right artwork.
One job record
Mail owner, permit, class, artwork, proof, and list captured and linked in one place.
List bound to the job
The approved list is tied to the job at intake and carried through every stage.
Proof and data review
Artwork proof approval and data review before the job reaches the floor.
Job controls
Controls at every stage

Plavidian Connect Camera Verification
Every piece is read, checked, and confirmed
As each piece runs, Cognex machine-vision cameras read it and verify it against the job's expected list. A piece that does not read cleanly, or does not match what should be there, is automatically diverted off the line for controlled recovery and reprint. The line does not just address pieces, it confirms each one.
The live dashboard matches each printed piece against the expected print file in real time, tracking good, bad and no-read, and duplicate counts as the run proceeds.
Reads every piece
Catches unreadable, missing, or incorrect address and barcode data as it runs.
Diverts failures
Misfeeds, double-feeds, jams, out-of-sequence, and poorly printed pieces are pulled off the line.
Controlled recovery
Diverted pieces are reprinted and re-run so the list is completed, not abandoned.
Track and trace
Piece-level track and trace, reconciled to your list
Every piece is tracked and reconciled against the mailing list. We confirm list completion, account for every record, and report the results back to you. You get evidence that the full list mailed, not an assumption based on a machine counter. Combined with USPS Full-Service tracking, that means visibility from your file all the way into the mail stream.
Print and Camera Audit reports are available for completed jobs in your Plavidian Connect customer portal, so you can review and keep the record of exactly what ran.
