Campaign Mail Assurance™ Report
Most mail shops tell you the job went out. Plavidian closes every qualifying job with a signed report that reconciles it end to end: the list as received, the pieces verified by camera as they ran, the failures diverted and recovered, and the postal documentation behind the postage.
What the report contains
One document, from your list to USPS induction
Each section is built from the production records of your job. A section appears when its workflow was part of the job, and the report says so in plain language when one was not, so what you read is what actually happened.
Camera verification
Every piece is photographed during addressing and its decoded address and barcode compared against the final reference file. The report states reference pieces, verified pieces, read rate, and verified rate for the run.
List reconciliation
Records received, duplicates removed, households combined where requested, mail-ready count, and carrier-route matching, so the count you approved is the count that was produced.
Reprint recovery
Pieces that fail verification are diverted from the live stream and queued for controlled reprint. The report documents each recovery event and the pieces it covered.
Postal documentation
Mail class, preparation method, entry location, postage amount, and the finalized postage statement reference, alongside the certification statement and signature.
Why it matters for campaigns
Proof you can hand to a treasurer
Campaign mail is spent under scrutiny. When a committee, a consultant, or a compliance reviewer asks what happened to a mailing, the answer should be a document, not a recollection. The Assurance Report gives the person who paid for the mail the same reconciliation Plavidian uses to run the job.
The report documents production and induction. It does not replace official USPS receipts or postage statements, and USPS transit after induction remains outside any mailer's control; delivery visibility for qualifying pieces is available through Track and Trace.
How it is produced
Generated from records, not written after the fact
The report is assembled by Plavidian Connect from the job's own production records: the list-processing run, the camera verification report created as the job ran, and the recorded reprint events. Nothing in it is typed in afterward. Read about the equipment behind the verification section on the Camera Verification page.
